  • Evidence of fraud, fraudulent activity, or suspicious transactions.
  • Abuse of bonus benefits through the use of multiple accounts.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Use of unauthorized software or techniques.
  • Violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Members who wish to close their own account may submit a request through 299bed's live chat support. Any remaining valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Financial Transaction Rules

5. Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to depositing funds on 299bed:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 — applicable for all payment methods.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposited funds must come only from the registered member's own account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly; if there is a delay, the support team must be notified.

6. Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.

7. Welcome Bonus Terms

New members at 299bed have the opportunity to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

  • The first deposit must be at least ৳500 to be eligible for the bonus.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
  • Example: Deposit ৳22,000 → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000.
  • The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000.
  • Wagering requirement on the bonus: 15 times (15x) — meaning 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
  • The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

299bed reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

8. Other Promotions and Offers

299bed offers various promotional offers from time to time. Separate terms apply to each promotion, which will be published alongside that promotion. As a general rule:

  • A promotion benefit may be used only once, unless otherwise stated.
  • Using multiple accounts or a VPN to claim bonuses is prohibited.
  • Fraudulently claiming promotion benefits will result in account cancellation.
  • 299bed reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program and Gameplay Rules

9. VIP Loyalty Program

299bed has a five-tier VIP program for regular players. Each tier provides the weekly cashback benefits described below:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on a player's activity and contributions. The specific terms of VIP benefits may change, and 299bed reserves the right to revise them at any time.

10. Gameplay Code of Conduct

All members must follow the code of conduct below while playing on the 299bed platform:

  • No unauthorized software, bots, automated scripts, or techniques may be used.
  • Any attempt to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
  • Hostile or disrespectful behavior toward other players is not permitted.
